INFORMACIÓN PRELIMINAR: No es necesario comprar. No es válido fuera del área geográfica terrestre de recepción de la señal de transmisión de KXTX-TV y donde esté prohibido El Sorteo TELEMUNDO 39 TE LLEVA AL PARTIDO DEL TRI (“Sorteo”) comienza el 1 de septiembre 2008 a las 10:00 A.M. y finaliza el 15 de septiembre 2008 a las 6:00 P.M. (“Periodo del Sorteo”). Todas las horas de este Sorteo están indicadas como Horas Estándar del Centro de los EE.UU. (“CST” por su sigla en inglés). Las probabilidades de ganar dependen del número de inscripciones elegibles recibidas.

PARA INSCRIBIRSE: Visite la concesionaria “Friendly Chevrolet” ubicada en 2754 North Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207, de lunes a sábado entre el 1 de septiembre 2008 y el 15 de septiembre 2008, y complete un formulario de inscripción con su/s nombre/s y apellido/s, domicilio, número de teléfono y fecha de nacimiento (“Inscripción”). La Inscripción pasa a ser propiedad conjunta de KXTX-TV, 3900 Barnett St., Fort Worth, TX 76103; Friendly Chevrolet, 2754 North Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207; Telemundo Network Group LLC, 2290 West 8th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33010, y NBC Universal, Inc. 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112 (conjuntamente los “Patrocinadores”). No se acusará recibo de las Inscripciones y las mismas no serán devueltas.

Para ser elegibles al Sorteo, las Inscripciones deberán ser recibidas antes de las 6:00 P.M. del 15 de septiembre. Los participantes podrán inscribirse una vez por día durante el Periodo del Sorteo y las Inscripciones adicionales que excedan los límites establecidos aquí, serán anuladas. Las Inscripciones que sean presentadas usando software de repetición automática o cualquier otro mecanismo, ente o dispositivo automatizado serán descalificadas. Las Inscripciones que estén incompletas, ilegibles, alteradas o que sean confusas por cualquier motivo, incluyendo pero no limitado a fallas de computadoras o congestión de redes, serán descalificadas y no serán aceptadas. La inscripción constituye autorización (excepto donde lo prohíba la ley) para usar nombre/s y apellido/s, ciudad, estado, parecido, semejanza, imagen y/o voz del ganador en campañas publicitarias, promociones y propaganda sin compensación adicional.

ELEGIBILIDAD: Abierto solamente para los residentes legales permanentes de los EE.UU. mayores de 18 años de edad al comenzar el Periodo del Sorteo que residan y se encuentren físicamente presentes en el área geográfica terrestre de recepción de la señal de transmisión de KXTX-TV en alguno de los siguientes condados del estado de Texas - Anderson, Bosque, Collin, Comanche, Cook, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Freestone, Hamilton, Henderson, Hill Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker Rains, Red River, Rockwall, Sommervell, Tarrant, Van Zandt o Wise. Los funcionarios, directivos y empleados de las Entidades del Sorteo y sus familiares inmediatos (esposos, padres/madres, hijos/hijas, hermanos/ hermanas y sus esposos) y toda otra persona que resida en la misma residencia con aquellos, emparentados o no, no son elegibles para inscribirse en el Sorteo. Las Entidades del Sorteo, tal y como son mencionadas aquí, incluyen a los Patrocinadores, sus respectivas casas matrices, sus empresas subsidiarias y afiliadas y sus agencias administrativas, de publicidad y promoción y cualquier otra entidad participando en el desarrollo, administración, promoción o implementación del Sorteo.

SELECCION DEL GANADOR Y NOTIFICACIÓN: En o alrededor del 16 de septiembre 2008, se seleccionará un ganador (“Ganador”) mediante un sorteo al azar realizado por empleados de los Patrocinadores de entre todas las Inscripciones elegibles recibidas. Los Patrocinadores harán dos (2) intentos por notificar al Ganador llamando al número de teléfono proporcionado al momento de la inscripción. Se podrá exigir al ganador que firme y devuelva un relevo de elegibilidad, un relevo de responsabilidad y, excepto donde esté prohibido, un relevo de publicidad (los “Documentos del Sorteo”) dentro de los cinco (5) días de la notificación. El incumplimiento de este requisito dentro del tiempo señalado resultará en la descalificación y posible selección de un ganador sustituto elegido de entre las Inscripciones elegibles restantes. Si no se puede ubicar al Ganador; si se descubre que el Ganador es inelegible o que no puede o no desea cumplir con estas Reglas Oficiales, o si la notificación de premio es devuelta porque no se pudo entregar, el Ganador será descalificado y se seleccionará a un ganador sustituto de entre las demás Inscripciones elegibles recibidas. Limitado a un (1) premio por familia o unidad familiar.

PREMIO: Se otorgará un premio (“Premio”) el cual consistirá de pasajes aéreos de ida y vuelta en clase económica para el Ganador y su invitado (“Invitado”) desde un aeropuerto comercial principal cerca de la residencia del Ganador (como lo decidan los Patrocinadores a su exclusiva discreción) con destino a Los Ángeles, California; alojamiento en hotel por una (1) noche (habitación estándar para dos personas) en The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, 404 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071; dos (2) boletos de entrada para asistir al partido de fútbol de México contra Chile del día 24 de septiembre 2008 a las 7:30 P.M. Hora Estándar del Pacifico (“PST” por sus siglas en inglés) a ser jugado en el estadio Los Ángeles Memorial Coliseum, localizado en 3911 South Figueroa Street, Los Ángeles, CA 90037 (“Partido”), y transportación terrestre desde y hacia el aeropuerto y el estadio. El Valor Minorista Estimado (“ERV” por sus siglas en inglés) del Premio es de mil trescientos dólares ($1,300). Los Patrocinadores entregarán al Ganador un formulario 1099 del Servicio Interno de Rentas de los EE.UU. (“IRS” por sus siglas en inglés) por el ERV del Premio correspondiente al año fiscal en que el Premio haya sido ganado.

Los Patrocinadores controlarán todos los detalles relacionados con el Premio a su exclusiva discreción. Además, se reservan el derecho a sustituir el Premio (o parte del Premio) por otro de igual o mayor valor. Los impuestos, gastos, costos o tasas relacionadas con la aceptación y/o uso del Premio son responsabilidad exclusiva del Ganador. El Premio no puede ser transferido por el Ganador o canjeado por dinero en efectivo y es válido exclusivamente como se detalla más arriba, sin sustituciones de premio permitidas al Ganador. Si el Premio no es reclamado será perdido y se seleccionará a un ganador sustituto de entre las Inscripciones elegibles restantes. Si una parte de un Premio no está disponible por cualquier motivo, entonces las demás partes del mismo constituirán cumplimiento pleno de la obligación de los Patrocinadores hacia el Ganador, y no se adjudicará compensación adicional.

Los Patrocinadores no tendrán obligación de ni serán responsables por cancelaciones, retrasos o cualquier otro cambio hecho por cualquier compañía o persona proveedora de cualquier parte del Premio debido a motivos fuera del control de los Patrocinadores o por gastos incurridos como consecuencia de los mismos. La fecha y hora del Partido están sujetas a cambios. El Partido está sujeto a cancelación. Si el Ganador elige asistir al Partido sin Invitado, las demás partes del Premio constituirán cumplimiento pleno de la obligación de los Patrocinadores hacia el Ganador y no se adjudicará ninguna compensación adicional. Se podrá exigir al Invitado, de haberlo, que firme y devuelva un relevo de responsabilidad y, excepto donde esté prohibido, un relevo de publicidad (referidos aquí como los “Documentos del Invitado”), los cuales deberán ser devueltos junto a los Documentos del Sorteo, o el Premio será perdido y se podrá seleccionar a un ganador sustituto de entre las Inscripciones elegibles restantes. Si el Invitado es menor de edad, el Ganador deberá ser su padre, madre o tutor legal y firmar y devolver los Documentos del Invitado en su nombre.

El viaje podrá comenzar en cualquier momento después del 23 de septiembre 2008 y debe ser completado antes del 25 de septiembre 2008. Ciertos periodos de veda y otras restricciones de viaje pudieran aplicar. Los arreglos de viaje y hotel serán hechos por los Patrocinadores a su exclusiva discreción. Los Patrocinadores se reservan el derecho a proveer transportación terrestre en lugar de la transportación aérea. El viaje debe tomarse en las fechas y horas designadas por los Patrocinadores o el Premio será perdido y se podrá seleccionar a un ganador sustituto de entre las Inscripciones elegibles restantes. Una vez establecidas, no se permitirán cambios, extensiones o sustituciones de las fechas u horas de viaje, excepto si son realizados por los Patrocinadores a su exclusiva discreción. El Ganador y su Invitado deberán viajar juntos en el mismo itinerario. El Premio incluye solamente los componentes del Premio mencionados más arriba. No se incluye en el Premio ningún otro componente de viaje (tal como, sin limitaciones, transportación terrestre adicional, seguro, gasolina, comidas, propinas y souvenirs.). Los pasajes deben ser emitidos tres de días antes de la salida o dos días después de hecha la reservación, lo que ocurra primero. Todos los impuestos y tasas gravadas al momento de emitir los pasajes son responsabilidad del Ganador. Los pasajes no son reembolsables y las reservaciones están sujetas a disponibilidad. Los pasajes no son válidos para viajar en grupo o con fines comerciales (por negocios). Los pasajes solo son válidos para viajar en la aerolínea elegida por los Patrocinadores a su exclusiva discreción. Se podrá exigir que la estadía incluya un sábado por la noche. Es posible que se exija pernoctar un sábado a la noche. El viaje debe ser completado antes de las 11:59 P.M. del 25 de septiembre 2008. Los pasajes aéreos serán emitidos solamente a nombre del Ganador y del Invitado y quedarán anulados si son vendidos a cambio de dinero en efectivo o a cambio de alguna contraprestación. El Ganador es exclusivamente responsable de pagar todos los impuestos (incluyendo impuestos o tasas de salida vigentes) y aranceles de inspección y de seguridad. Una vez emitidos, los pasajes no son transferibles y no podrán ser nuevamente emitidos una vez comenzado el viaje. No se podrán emitir pasajes abiertos (sin fechas de viaje) y no se permitirán paradas en el camino. Los arreglos de viaje deberán ser hechos a través de los Patrocinadores. El Ganador y su Invitado deberán tener documentos de viaje al día (es decir documento de identidad con foto emitido por autoridad competente y/o pasaporte) antes de la salida; cualquier incumplimiento en este sentido, resultará en la pérdida del premio. Los Patrocinadores no tendrán obligación de ni serán responsables por cancelaciones, retrasos o cualquier otro cambio hecho por cualquier compañía o persona proveedora de cualquier parte del premio debido a motivos fuera del control de los Patrocinadores o gastos incurridos como consecuencia de los mismos. El viaje no podrá ser combinado con otra/s oferta/s y no califica para la acumulación de millas del pasajero frecuente o puntos de hotel. Todo el viaje se emprende a riesgo exclusivo del Ganador y de su Invitado. Los Patrocinadores no reemplazarán pasajes, cupones o certificados perdidos o robados. Todos los componentes del Premio deberán ser reclamados al mismo tiempo. En caso de algún evento fortuito, inesperado o incontrolable, los Patrocinadores se reservan el derecho a postergar el viaje para otras fechas. Si el Ganador elige asistir al Partido sin Invitado, las demás partes del Premio constituirán cumplimiento pleno de la obligación de los Patrocinadores hacia el Ganador y no se adjudicará ninguna compensación adicional. Se podrá exigir al Invitado, de haberlo, que firme y devuelva un relevo de responsabilidad y, excepto donde esté prohibido, un relevo de publicidad (referidos aquí como los “Documentos del Invitado”), los cuales deberán ser devueltos junto a los Documentos del Sorteo o el Premio será perdido y se podrá seleccionar a un ganador sustituto de entre las Inscripciones elegibles restantes. Si el Invitado es menor de edad, el Ganador deberá ser su padre, madre o tutor legal y firmar y devolver los Documentos del Invitado en su nombre.

La estadía en el hotel es exclusivamente para la noche del 24 de septiembre 2008. Los Patrocinadores harán la reservación para la estadía en la habitación del hotel en nombre del Ganador. Los arreglos del alojamiento serán hechos por los Patrocinadores a su exclusiva discreción. La estadía deberá ser usada en las fechas y horas designadas por los Patrocinadores o el Premio será perdido y se seleccionará al azar a un nuevo ganador sustituto de entre las demás Inscripciones elegibles recibidas. Una vez decididos, no se permitirán cambios, extensiones o sustituciones del Premio excepto por parte de los Patrocinadores y a su exclusiva discreción. El Ganador e Invitados deberán viajar en las mismas fechas e itinerario. El Premio consiste de lo anteriormente mencionado. Ningún otro elemento (incluyendo sin limitaciones, traslados terrestres, seguros, gasolina, comidas, propinas y souvenirs) está incluido en el Premio. Todos los impuestos y tasas gravadas al momento de registrarse en el hotel son responsabilidad del Ganador. El Ganador es responsable por presentar una tarjeta de crédito durante el momento de registrarse en el hotel. La estadía no es reembolsable y las reservaciones están sujetas a disponibilidad. El Ganador es responsable de cualquier responsabilidad con respeto a impuestos (incluyendo impuestos y tasas de salida), cargos de inspección, y cargos de seguridad. Los Patrocinadores no serán responsables por cancelaciones y/o retrasos ni por cambios por parte de empresas o personas proporcionando cualquier parte del Premio debido a motivos más allá de su control, y no serán responsables por gastos incurridos como consecuencia de los mismos. La estadía en el hotel es enteramente tomado a riesgo del Ganador e Invitado. Si el Ganador elige quedarse en el hotel sin Invitados, las partes restantes del Premio constituirán pleno cumplimiento de la obligación de los Patrocinadores hacia el Ganador con relación al Premio y no se adjudicará ninguna compensación adicional. Los Invitados, de haberlos, deberán completar los documentos del Sorteo o el Premio será perdido y se seleccionará a un Ganador sustituto. Si algún Invitado es menor de edad, el Ganador deberá ser uno de sus padres o tutor legal del menor y firmar y devolver los Documentos del Invitado en su nombre. Si un Premio no es reclamado, será perdido y los Patrocinadores seleccionarán al azar a un ganador alterno de entre las demás Inscripciones elegibles para la entrega de las partes restantes del Premio.

CONDICIONES: Inscribiéndose en este Sorteo los participantes acuerdan, en nombre propio y en representación de sus herederos, albaceas y administradores, (a) a relevar y amparar a las Entidades del Sorteo y a sus respectivos funcionarios, directivos y empleados (conjuntamente las “Partes Relevadas”) contra toda responsabilidad, enfermedad, lesión, fallecimiento, pérdida, pleito o daño y perjuicio que pudiera ocurrir, directa o indirectamente, con o sin negligencia, de su participación en este Sorteo y/o de su aceptación, posesión, buen o mal uso del Premio o cualquier parte del Premio; (b) a indemnizar a las Partes Relevadas contra cualquier y toda responsabilidad resultando o surgiendo del Sorteo y por el presente documento reconocer que las Partes Relevadas no han hecho ni son responsables de ningún modo de extender garantía alguna, implícita o explicita, de hecho o en ley, relacionada con los premios incluyendo garantías extendidas exclusivamente por el proveedor del premio que acompañan al premio; (c) de ser elegido ganador, permitir la publicación de su/s nombre/s y apellido/s en http://www.telemundodallas.com y todo uso que las Partes Relevadas hagan de su/ nombre/s y apellido/s, voz, imagen y/o parecido y semejanza en campañas publicitarias, promociones y publicidad sin compensación adicional y ante cualquier solicitud a autorizar por escrito tal uso, y (d) respetar estas Reglas Oficiales renunciando a cualquier derecho a reclamar ambigüedad o error en las mismas, o en el propio Sorteo, y respetar las decisiones de los Patrocinadores las cuales son de carácter vinculante y final en todos los asuntos y todos los sentidos. El incumplimiento de estas Reglas Oficiales podrá resultar en la descalificación de esta promoción.

CONDICIONES ADICIONALES: Los Patrocinadores se reservan el derecho a cancelar este Sorteo o a descalificar permanentemente de cualquier promoción a cualquier persona bajo sospecha de haber violado intencionalmente estas reglas. Cualquier sabotaje o intento de sabotaje contra el Sorteo o contra su operación normal es un acto ilegal y queda sujeto a proceso legal por parte de los Patrocinadores, quienes podrán demandar, a su exclusiva discreción, por daños y perjuicios y en la medida máxima permitida por la ley. El incumplimiento por parte de los Patrocinadores de cualquier disposición de estas Reglas Oficiales debido a caso fortuito, huracán, guerra, incendio, disturbio civil, terremoto, amenaza o hecho terrorista, acciones de enemigos públicos, acciones de entes de gobierno fuera del control de los Patrocinadores (excepto el cumplimiento de códigos y regulaciones vigentes) u otros casos de fuerza mayor, no serán considerados violación de estas Reglas Oficiales. Las Partes Relevadas no asumen ninguna responsabilidad por daños a la propiedad del participante o de terceros relacionados con o resultando de la Inscripción o participación en el Sorteo. Las Partes Relevadas no son responsables por fallas en las telecomunicaciones o redes, o por fallas electrónicas, técnicas o de computadoras de ningún tipo, por trascripción inexacta de información de inscripción, errores en cualquier material promocional o de mercadeo, errores en estas reglas, por errores humanos o electrónicos, o por inscripciones robadas, mal dirigidas, confusas, retrasadas por transmisiones de computadoras, perdidas, dañadas o devueltas. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about September 16, 2008, winner will be selected in a random drawing by employees of Sponsor from all eligible Entries. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify Winner(s) at the phone number submitted at the time of entry. Winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, Sweepstakes Documents”) within five (5) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If Winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Limit one (1) prize per family or household.

PRIZE: There will be one prize (“Prize”) awarded, consisting of the following: round-trip, coach-class air transportation for winner (“Winner”) and his/her guest (“Guest”) from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; hotel accommodations for one (1) night (one standard room/double occupancy) at The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, 404 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071; two (2) general admission tickets to attend the Mexico v. Chile Soccer Game on September 24, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. (PST) at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, located at 3911 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90037 (“Game”); and ground transportation to and from the airport and game The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is one thousand three hundred ($1300) dollars. Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ERV of Prize for the tax year in which Prize was won.

Specifics of Prize will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a similar Prize (or Prize element) of equal or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Prize cannot be transferred by Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Prize by Winner. If Prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If a Prize element is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors' Prize obligation to Winner, and no additional compensation will be awarded.

Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsors’ control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Date and/or time of Game is subject to change. Game is subject to cancellation. If Winner chooses to attend the Game with no Guest, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If any Guest is a minor, Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf.

Travel may commence anytime after September 23, 2008 and must be completed by September 25, 2008. Certain blackout periods and travel restrictions may apply. Travel and hotel arrangements will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. Travel must occur on dates and times designated by Sponsors or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of travel dates and/or times is permitted, except by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize consists only of the elements set forth above. No other travel elements (including, without limitation, ground transportation, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs.) are included in Prize. Tickets must be issued 3 days prior to date of departure or 2 days after reservation is made, whichever comes first. All taxes and fees assessed at the time of ticketing are the responsibility of Winner. Tickets are non-refundable. Reservations are subject to availability. Tickets are not valid for business-related or group travel. Tickets are valid only for travel on airline chosen by Sponsors in their sole discretion. A Saturday night stay-over may be required. All travel must be completed by 11:59 P.M. on September 25, 2008. Tickets will be issued only to Winner and Guest. Tickets are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Winner is responsible for any tax liability (including applicable departure taxes or fees), inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors. Winner and Guest must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid, government-issued photo identification and/or passport) prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of Prize. Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsors’ control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel points. All travel will be at the risk of Winner and Guest. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates. All elements of Prize must be redeemed at the same time. In the event of an act of God or an unforeseen, uncontrollable event, Sponsors reserve the right to reschedule all travel for a later date. If Winner chooses to travel with fewer than 1, or no, Guests, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guests, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If any Guest is a minor, Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf.

The hotel accommodations are exclusively for the night of September 24, 2008. The Sponsors will make the hotel reservation in the name of the Winner. The hotel arrangements will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The hotel arrangements shall be used on the dates and times determined by Sponsors or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from all the remaining eligible Entries. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of travel dates and/or times is permitted, except by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winner and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize consists only of the elements set forth above. No other travel elements (including, without limitation, ground transportation, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs) are included in Prize. All taxes and fees assessed at the time of registering at the hotel are the responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for presenting a credit card at the time of registration at the hotel. The hotel stay is non-refundable and the reservations are subject to availability. Winner is responsible for any taxes, inspection charges and security charges. The Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsors’ control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. The hotel stay will be at the risk of Winner and Guest. If Winner chooses to stay at the hotel with no Guest, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If any Guest is a minor, Winner or one of the other Guests must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf.

CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof; (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; (c) if selected as a Winner, to the posting of such entrant’s name on http://www.telemundodallas.com and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsors, which are binding and final. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsors reserve the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or the operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of Sponsors to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsors (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other “force majeure” event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of entry information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic error; or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, or returned. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsors reserve the right to select Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received at the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted at http://www.telemundodallas.com. Sponsors may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes, if such entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Sponsors, or Sponsors’ agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion).

DISPUTES: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN MIAMI, FLORIDA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN FLORIDA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF MIAMI-DADE. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
