INFORMACIÓN GENERAL: No es necesario comprar. No es válido fuera del área geográfica terrestre de recepción de la señal de transmisión de KXTX-TV y donde esté prohibido. El Sorteo “Tu…Invitado Especial de KXTX en el Concierto de Chente” (el “Sorteo”) comienza el 29 de septiembre 2008 a las 10:00 A.M. y finaliza el 12 de octubre 2008 a las 6:00 P.M. (“Período del Sorteo”). Todas las horas de este Sorteo están indicadas como Horas Estándar del Centro de los EE.UU. (“CST” por su sigla en inglés). Las probabilidades de ganar dependen del número de inscripciones elegibles recibidas.

PARA INSCRIBIRSE: Durante el Periodo del Sorteo, visite una de las dos tiendas participantes de Verizon Wireless de lunes a sábado entre las 9:00 A.M. y las 9:00 P.M. y los domingos entre las 11:00 A.M. y las 6:00 P.M., y complete un formulario de inscripción con su/s nombre/s y apellido/s, dirección, número de teléfono y fecha de nacimiento (“Inscripción”). Las tiendas participantes de Verizon Wireless están ubicadas en 5631 LBJ Freeway, Suite A, Dallas, TX 75240 y 5411 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75209. Las Inscripciones pasan a ser propiedad de KXTX-TV, 3900 Barnett St., Fort Worth, TX 76103, Telemundo Network Group LLC, 2290 West 8th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33010, NBC Universal, Inc. 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112 y Verizon Wireless, One Verizon Place, Alpharetta, GA 30004; 5631 LBJ Freeway, Suite A, Dallas, TX 75240; 5411 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75209 (conjuntamente los “Patrocinadores”), no se acusará su recibo y las mismas no serán devueltas.

Para ser elegibles al Sorteo, las Inscripciones deberán ser recibidas antes de las 6:00 P.M. del 12 de octubre 2008. Se podrá inscribir una sola vez por día durante el Periodo del Sorteo. Las Inscripciones adicionales que excedan los límites establecidos aquí, serán anuladas. Las Inscripciones presentadas con software de repetición automática o cualquier otro mecanismo, ente o dispositivo automatizado serán descalificadas. Las Inscripciones que estén incompletas, ilegibles, alteradas o que sean confusas por cualquier motivo, incluyendo pero no limitado a fallas de computadoras o congestión de redes serán descalificadas y no serán aceptadas. La Inscripción constituye autorización (excepto donde lo prohíba la ley) para usar nombre/s y apellido/s, ciudad, estado, parecido, semejanza, imagen y/o voz del ganador en campañas publicitarias, promociones y propaganda sin compensación adicional.

ELEGIBILIDAD: Abierto solamente para los residentes legales permanentes de los EE.UU. físicamente localizados y residiendo en el área geográfica terrestre de recepción de la señal de transmisión de KXTX-TV en los condados de Anderson, Bosque, Collin, Comanche, Cook, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Freestone, Hamilton, Henderson, Hill Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker Rains, Red River, Rockwall, Sommervell, Tarrant, Van Zandt, y Wise en el estado de Texas y que tengan dieciocho (18) años cumplidos en la fecha de comenzar el Periodo del Sorteo. Los funcionarios, directivos y empleados de las Entidades del Sorteo y familiares inmediatos (esposos, padres/madres, hijos/hijas, hermanos/ hermanas y sus esposos) y toda otra persona que resida en la misma residencia con aquellos, emparentados o no, no son elegibles para inscribirse en el Sorteo. Las Entidades del Sorteo, tal y como son mencionadas aquí, incluyen a los Patrocinadores, sus respectivas casas matrices, sus empresas subsidiarias y afiliadas y sus agencias administrativas, de publicidad y promoción y cualquier otra entidad participando en el desarrollo, administración, promoción o implementación del Sorteo.

SELECCIÓN DE LOS GANADORES Y ELEGIBILIDAD: Alrededor del 15 de octubre 2008, se seleccionarán dos (2) ganadores (los “Ganadores”) durante un sorteo al azar realizado por empleados de los Patrocinadores de entre las Inscripciones elegibles. Los Patrocinadores harán dos (2) intentos de notificar al Ganador/es al número de teléfono presentado al momento de la inscripción. Se podrá exigir al Ganador (o si el Ganador es menor de edad a sus padres o tutor legal) que firme y devuelva una declaración jurada de elegibilidad, un relevo de responsabilidad y, excepto donde esté prohibido, un relevo de publicidad completados, firmados y notariados (conjuntamente “Documentos del Sorteo”) dentro de los cinco (5) de días de tal notificación. El incumplimiento de este requisito en el periodo de tiempo indicado resultará en la descalificación y se seleccionará un Ganador alterno para la entrega del premio. Si no se puede ubicar al Ganador, si se determina que no es elegible o no cumple o no puede cumplir con estas Reglas Oficiales, o si se devuelve el premio o la notificación del premio por ser imposible de entregar, se descalificará a dicho Ganador eventual y se podrá seleccionar en su reemplazo a otro Ganador eventual entre las Inscripciones elegibles restantes. Limitado a un (1) premio por familia o residencia.

PREMIO: Se otorgarán un total de dos (2) premios (los “Premios”), cada uno consiste de dos (2) entradas VIP a la suite privada de KXTX durante el concierto de Vicente Fernández, el cual se realizará el 24 de octubre 2008 a las 8:00 P.M. en el American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Avenue, Dallas, TX 75201 (“Concierto”). El Valor Minorista Calculado (“ERV” por sus siglas en inglés) del Premio es de trescientos ($300) dólares. El ERV de todos los Premios es de seisientos ($600) dólares. Los Patrocinadores proveerán al Ganador un formulario 1099 del Servicio Interno de Rentas (“IRS” por sus siglas en inglés) por el ERV del Premio en el año fiscal en que el Premio haya sido ganado.

Los Patrocinadores controlarán todos los detalles relacionados con los Premios a su exclusiva discreción. Además, los Patrocinadores se reservan el derecho a sustituir un Premio (o parte de premio) por otro de igual o mayor valor. Los impuestos, gastos, costos o tasas relacionadas con la aceptación y/o uso del Premio son responsabilidad exclusiva de cada Ganador. El Premio no puede ser transferido por el Ganador o canjeado por dinero en efectivo y es válido exclusivamente como se detalla más arriba, sin sustituciones de Premio permitidas al Ganador. Si el Premio no es reclamado será perdido y se seleccionará a un ganador sustituto de entre las Inscripciones elegibles restantes. Si una parte de un Premio no está disponible por cualquier motivo, entonces las demás partes del mismo constituirán cumplimiento pleno de la obligación de los Patrocinadores hacia el Ganador, y no se adjudicará compensación adicional.

Los Patrocinadores no serán responsables por cancelaciones y/o retrasos ni por cambios por parte de empresas o personas proporcionando cualquier parte del Premio debido a motivos más allá de su control y no serán responsables por gastos incurridos como consecuencia de los mismos. La fecha y/o hora del Concierto, y el Concierto, están sujetas a cambios y a cancelación. Si el Ganador elige asistir al Concierto sin invitado (“Invitado(s)”), las partes restantes del Premio constituirán pleno cumplimiento de la obligación de los Patrocinadores hacia el Ganador con relación al Premio y no se adjudicará ninguna compensación adicional. Los Invitados, de haberlos, deberán completar relevos de responsabilidad y, excepto donde esté prohibido, de publicidad (conjuntamente, los “Documentos del Invitado”) los cuales deberán ser devueltos junto a los documentos del Sorteo o el Premio será perdido y se seleccionará a un Ganador sustituto. Si algún Invitado es menor de edad, el Ganador deberá ser uno de los padres o tutor legal del menor y firmar y devolver los Documentos del Invitado en su nombre.

CONDICIONES: Inscribiéndose en este Sorteo, los participantes acuerdan, en nombre propio y a nombre y en representación de sus herederos, albaceas y administradores: (a) eximir y amparar a las Entidades del Sorteo y a sus respectivos funcionarios, directivos y empleados, (conjuntamente las “Partes Relevadas”) contra toda responsabilidad, enfermedad, lesión, muerte, pérdida, pleito, o daños y perjuicios que pudieran suceder, directa o indirectamente, causados por negligencia o por cualquier otro motivo resultando de su participación en este Sorteo y/o de su aceptación, o uso debido o indebido del Premio o cualquier parte del Premio; (b) indemnizar a las Partes Relevadas contra toda responsabilidad resultando o surgiendo del Sorteo y por este medio reconocer que las Partes Relevadas no han de ningún modo hecho, ni son responsables por extender, garantías o declaraciones expresas o implícitas, de hecho o en ley, relativas al Premio, incluyendo cualquier garantía expresa extendida exclusivamente por el proveedor mediante su entrega del Premio; (c) de ser seleccionado Ganador, a la publicación de su nombre/s y apellido/s, de ser Ganador, en http://www.telemundodallas.com a que las Partes Relevadas usen su/s nombre/s y apellido/s, voz, imagen y/o semejanza en publicidad, promociones y campañas publicitarias sin compensación adicional y, de ser requerido, a dar su autorización, por escrito, para ese uso; y (d) a cumplir con estas Reglas Oficiales y a renunciar al derecho a reclamos por ambigüedad o error en estas Reglas Oficiales o en el Sorteo y a someterse a las decisiones de los jurados y/o Patrocinadores, las cuales son de carácter vinculante y final. El incumplimiento de cualquier término de estas Reglas Oficiales podrá resultar en la descalificación de este Sorteo.

CONDICIONES ADICIONALES: Los Patrocinadores se reservan el derecho a descalificar permanentemente de cualquier promoción a cualquier persona que estos crean haya violado deliberadamente estas Reglas Oficiales. Cualquier intento deliberado por dañar el Sorteo o su operación, es ilícito y está sujeto a acción legal por parte de los Patrocinadores, quienes podrán procurar reparación por daños y perjuicios en la medida máxima permitida por ley. El incumplimiento de cualquier cláusula de estas Reglas Oficiales por parte de los Patrocinadores debido a un caso fortuito, huracán, guerra, incendio, disturbio social, terremoto, amenaza o actividad terrorista, maniobra de enemigos públicos, decisiones de autoridades gubernamentales fuera del control de los Patrocinadores (excepto cumplimiento de normas y regulaciones vigentes) y todo otro hecho de fuerza mayor, no serán considerados violaciones de estas Reglas Oficiales. Las Partes Relevadas no asumen ningún tipo de responsabilidad por perjuicio o daño a la propiedad del participante o de terceros, relacionados con o resultando de la Inscripción o de la participación en el Sorteo. Las Partes Relevadas no son responsables por fallas de ningún tipo en las telecomunicaciones o redes, fallas electrónicas, técnicas o de computadora, trascripción errónea de información de Inscripción, error en material promocional o de mercadeo, error en estas Reglas Oficiales, o cualquier error humano o electrónico en la administración de este Sorteo o este Premio, o por Inscripciones que sean robadas, mal dirigidas, alteradas o devueltas. Los Patrocinadores se reservan el derecho a cancelar, modificar o suspender el Sorteo o cualquier parte del mismo (incluyendo sin limitaciones estas Reglas Oficiales) sin ningún tipo de notificación y con cualquier motivo (incluyendo sin limitaciones en caso de alguna situación inesperada no contemplada en estas Reglas Oficiales). En caso de cancelación, modificación, o suspensión, los Patrocinadores se reservan el derecho a seleccionar Ganadores mediante un Sorteo al azar de entre todas las inscripciones elegibles que no estén bajo sospecha y hayan sido recibidas hasta el momento de que se haya producido la situación que requiere dicha cancelación, modificación, o suspensión. El aviso de dicha cancelación, modificación, o suspensión será publicada en http://www.telemundodallas.com. Los Patrocinadores podrán prohibir la participación en este Sorteo, si el participante, o participante en potencia: demuestra indiferencia o no respeta estas Reglas Oficiales; exhibe una conducta desplegada para molestar, abusar, amenazar o acosar a otro participante, a los Patrocinadores, agentes o representantes de los Patrocinadores, o si se comporta de manera perjudicial (tal y como lo interpreten los Patrocinadores a su exclusiva discreción).

CONFLICTOS: ESTE SORTEO ESTÁ REGIDO POR E INTERPRETADO SEGÚN LAS LEYES DE LA FLORIDA Y EL FORO Y LUGAR DESIGNADO PARA RESOLVER CONFLICTOS ESTARÁ UBICADO EN LA CIUDAD DE MIAMI, FLORIDA. SI UN CONFLICTO O RECLAMO NO PUEDE SER RESUELTO POR CONVERSACIONES DIRECTAS O MEDIACIÓN, SERÁ RESUELTO MEDIANTE ARBITRAJE FINAL Y VINCULANTE ADMINISTRADO POR JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., (“JAMS” POR SU SIGLA EN INGLÉS) SEGÚN SUS REGLAS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS SIMPLES O SEGÚN VERSIONES POSTERIORES DE LAS MISMAS (“REGLAS JAMS”). LAS REGLAS JAMS SERÁN RESPETADAS PARA PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN DE ÁRBITRO, EXCEPTO QUE DICHO ÁRBITRO DEBERÁ TENER EXPERIENCIA LEGAL Y LICENCIA PARA PRACTICAR DERECHO EN LA FLORIDA. LOS JUICIOS INICIADOS SEGÚN ESTE PÁRRAFO TOMARÁN LUGAR EN EL CONDADO DE MIAMI-DADE. LA REPARACIÓN/REMEDIO DE RECLAMOS ESTARÁ LIMITADA A DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS SUFRIDOS ÚNICAMENTE, Y NINGUNA DE LAS PARTES Y EN NINGUN CASO, TENDRÁ DERECHO A RECOBRAR DAÑOS PUNITORIOS, EJEMPLARES, INCIDENTALES O INDIRECTOS, INCLUYENDO HONORARIOS DE ABOGADO/S, O CUALQUIER OTRO GASTO SIMILAR RELACIONADO CON LA PRESENTACIÓN DE UN RECLAMO, O A RESCINDIR ESTE ACUERDO O A PROCURAR MEDIDAS CAUTELARES O RECURSOS DE EQUIDAD.

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: No purchase necessary. Void outside the KXTX-TV terrestrial geographic viewing area and where prohibited. Tu…Invitado Especial de KXTX en el Concierto de Chente Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on September 29, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. and ends on October 12, 2008 at 6:00 P.M. (“Sweepstakes Period”). All times in Sweepstakes refer to Central Time. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

TO ENTER: To enter, Monday through Saturday between 9:00A.M. and 9:00P.M. and Sunday 11:00A.M. and 6:00 P.M. during the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating Verizon Wireless Store, and complete an entry form which includes your name, address, telephone number, and date of birth (“Entry”). The two participating Verizon Wireless Stores are located at 5631 LBJ Freeway, Suite A, Dallas, TX 75240 and 5411 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75209. Entries must be received before 6:00 P.M. on October 12, 2008, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple Entries received from any person beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant's name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically located in the KXTX-TV terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of Anderson, Bosque, Collin, Comanche, Cook, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Freestone, Hamilton, Henderson, Hill Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker Rains, Red River, Rockwall, Sommervell, Tarrant, Van Zandt, and Wise in the state of Texas and who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities, members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Sponsors, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about October 15, 2008, two (2) winners (“Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing by employees of Sponsors from all eligible Entries. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify Winner(s) at the phone number submitted at the time of entry. Winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, Sweepstakes Documents”) within five (5) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If Winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Limit one (1) prize per family or household.

PRIZE: There will be two (2) prizes awarded (“Prizes”), each consisting of the following: two (2) VIP admission tickets to the KXTX Suite for the Vicente Fernandez Concert, which will be held on October 24, 2008 at 8:00 PM. at the American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Avenue, Dallas, TX 75201 (“Concert”). The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three hundred ($300) dollars. ERV of all Prizes is six hundred ($600) dollars. Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ERV of Prize for the tax year in which Prize was won.

Specifics of Prize will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a similar Prize (or Prize element) of equal or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Prize cannot be transferred by Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Prize by Winner. If Prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If a Prize element is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors' Prize obligation to Winner, and no additional compensation will be awarded.

Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsors’ control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Date and/or time of Concert is subject to change. Concert is subject to cancellation. If Winner chooses to attend the Concert with no guest (“Guest”), the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guests, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If any Guest is a minor, Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf.

CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof; (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; (c) if selected as a Winner, to the posting of such entrant’s name on http://www.telemundodallas.com and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsors, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsors reserve the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or the operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of Sponsors to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsors (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other “force majeure” event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s property relating to or resulting from entering or participating in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of entry information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic error; or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, or returned. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsors reserve the right to select Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received at the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted at http://www.telemundodallas.com. Sponsors may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes, if such entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Sponsors, or Sponsors’ agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion).

DISPUTES: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN MIAMI, FLORIDA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN FLORIDA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF MIAMI-DADE. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
